It is important that you read these terms and conditions carefully. Together with our privacy policy and our terms and conditions of use, they govern our relationship with you in relation to this website and your purchase of goods from it. HOW YOUR CONTRACT WITH US IS FORMED
Once
you have completed compiling your order, you will be asked to confirm that
it is correct. If it is not correct, you can revisit your order and correct the
mistakes before confirming and submitting your order to us. It is your responsibility to ensure that your

When you submit your order, you are offering to buy the goods at the price set out in the order.
We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email. This is not an acceptance of your order. The contract between us is not formed until we confirm that we have accepted your order.
EVERY PRODUCT IS PREVIEWABLE SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE. WE ARE UNABLE TO RECTIFY MISTAKES AFTER THIS TIME.
PAYMENT
All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed contract at the time of commissioning our services. For any sales products purchased directly from our website the prices indicated will include all taxes, including vat, which may be payable in respect of the goods. All payments for products purchased directly from the website must be made at the time of placing the order by Credit Cards etc through PAYPAL. If we are unable to accept your product order for any reason then we will, at our option, either not debit your credit card or refund any money paid by you in respect of that order. We will not dispatch products/goods or release completed products until we receive payment in full.
LIABILITY
These terms and conditions do not exclude our liability (if any) to you for:
· personal injury or death resulting from our negligence;
· fraud;
· any matter which it would be illegal for us to exclude or to attempt to exclude our liability.
We are only liable to you for losses which you suffer as a result of a breach of these terms and conditions by us. We are not responsible to you for any losses which you may incur which were not a foreseeable consequence of us breaching these terms and conditions, for example if you and we could not have contemplated those losses before or when we enter into a contract. Our liability to you shall not in any circumstances include any business losses that you may incur, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits or business interruption.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If
you are a consumer (i.e. you are not purchasing either wholly or in part for
your business or you are not a business) you have the right, in addition to
your other rights, to cancel the contract (other than for personalised or
perishable products, video, audio or downloadable products which have been
unsealed by you, or other products which we have specified as non-returnable)
and receive a refund from us. For the avoidance of doubt products that have
been downloaded once purchased will be considered unsealed and be non returnable.
You must inform us in writing if you wish to cancel within seven working
days, starting on the day after the goods are delivered to you.
Please note this clause only applies to goods/products purchased ‘directly’ from the website.

The contract and all communications between us will be conducted in the English language.
The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity and all aspects whatsoever of these terms and conditions or of any term of these terms and conditions will be governed by the law of England and Wales.
The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or use of the website.
